Areas for Improvement: Can be expensive (25-30% more than others). Pricing and change order approvals could be improved.

Have used Jennings for several projects including an exterior automatic shutoff valve. Techs have always been on time, personable and knowledgeable. Not a bargain basement service but worth the help.

Jennings Plumbing fixed a leak in my main water line to my house this morning. I called, and Rusty was here with an hour. He and two other guys worked all day to find and repair the leak. It was under my front path to the house. They were awesome. I give the, my highest rating
