Have used Jennings for several projects including an exterior automatic shutoff valve. Techs have always been on time, personable and knowledgeable. Not a bargain basement service but worth the help.

Jennings Plumbing fixed a leak in my main water line to my house this morning. I called, and Rusty was here with an hour. He and two other guys worked all day to find and repair the leak. It was under my front path to the house. They were awesome. I give the, my highest rating

I called them once, to see if a sewer pump needed maintenance. They could have told me this would need be checked every 90 days and charge $100+ every time and I would be non e the wiser. Instead they gave an honest response saying nothing needed to be done just charged for the drive there. Kudos to their honesty

Good service and fast acting. I felt that they can be better equipped to locate problem more accurately and process can be improved to discuss about pricing and get approval first before proceed especially on the change order. Overall responsibility is definitely there. It comes with a hefty price tag about 25-30% more than others. If you are looking for quick fix and decent quality job , this is it. If you have time and not urgent fix, take time to search around. Others may be cheaper but they will come in several batches for different jobs and need lots of scheduling.

Jennings was a referral by Realtor Cody Farris. I can always count on Cody's referrals. My call was answered at what most would consider, closing time. I was assured my issues would be handled just before our Artic weather arrived in North Texas. The technician were very friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing. In just a couple hrs, we were going to have hot water again. Thanks Jennings, we have a new plumber!!!
